Michael Baym ('98)

Michael Baym Senior Photo

Michael Baym was a member of the Uni graduating Class of 1998. During his time at Uni, Baym was a part of StudProd, Art club, and Chemistry Club. After graduating from Uni, Baym received his PhD in Mathematics from MIT and was a postdoctoral fellow at Harvard Medical School in Systems Biology. In July 2017, Baym started the Baym Lab at Harvard Medical School, where he researches microbial evolution through experiment, computation, and theory.
