Kristi Deedrick (email@example.com) is a big Illinois sports fan! She is a University of Illinois alumna, receiving her Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2009. Kristi then received her Master of Social Work in 2011 from Loyola University Chicago with a specialization in schools and concentration in children and family studies. She has experience working with students K-12 as a school social worker and as a school crisis counselor. She is a previous coach who enjoys sharing her love for the game by reinforcing fundamental skills, hard work ethic, sportsmanship, and teamwork. Most recently, Kristi has been exploring medical social work and has been employed by Carle Foundation Hospital for the last 2 years. Through this time, she has discovered her true passion is working with students in an educational setting and helping them reach/work towards personal and professional goals. Kristi completed her first half marathon this spring and enjoys playing recreational sports, such as sand volleyball.
